DESPATCH SCHEDULE

All UK orders authorised before 12pm Midday Monday - Friday are eligible for Same Day Despatch. This means we can deliver your order the Next Working Day or at the Weekend.

SATURDAY or SUNDAY DELIVERY is now available to the UK Mainland. Order by 12pm Midday Friday and choose your weekend delivery day.

Orders outside the UK authorised before 12pm Midday Monday - Friday will usually be despatched the same day.

Goods will not be despatched or delivered on bank/public holidays.

Please note that delivery guarantees do not apply during adverse or dangerous weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY OPTIONS

All delivery methods require a signature.
We offer the following delivery services for your convenience:

DPD LOCAL - Next Working Day Delivery (with 1 Hour Delivery Window)

Formerly known as Interlink Express.

1 HOUR DELIVERY SLOT - We will send you your 1 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery. Please be sure to supply a valid email address and mobile phone number during checkout as you will be able to respond to this message to reschedule delivery for a different day if needed.


NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY: FREE for orders over £50 (£4.99 for orders under £50)
SATURDAY or SUNDAY DELIVERY: £9.99

We will refund your delivery charge in the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive on time.

ROYAL MAIL - Standard Delivery within 2-3 days

Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. Please note that goods are not dispatched on a Saturday. Not available on orders of £50 or more (as these qualify for FREE Next Working Day delivery).

NEW - COLLECT IN STORE

Delivery Charge: FREE
Delivery Time: Available to collect by the next working day at the latest.

We will notify you with our regular Dispatch Confirmation email to let you know that your goods are ready for collection.

Please bring your order number (starts with WEB) and ID such as a driving licence, utility bill etc.

Goods will be available to collect from ESCAPE, 14-16 Spring Street, Portsmouth, PO1 4AA.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY DETAILS

Our standard European service is Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail (or Airsure where available), and costs from £7. You should receive your order within 2-7 working days from the date of despatch. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date.

The charge for this service is determined by the weight of your parcel. This charge is confirmed both in your basket and before you make your payment. The charge is calculated as follows:

Base Charge (up to 300g Included): £7
Incremental Charge: 7 pence per 10g

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY DETAILS

Our standard International service is Royal Mail International Signed For (or Airsure where available), and costs from £9.00. You should receive your order within 3-10 working days from the date of despatch. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date.

The charge for this service is determined by the weight of your parcel. This charge is confirmed both in your basket and before you make your payment. The charge is calculated as follows:

Base Charge (up to 300g Included): £9
Incremental Charge: 24 pence per 20g

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

The website stock levels are live and always up to date.

In the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item that is no longer in stock you will be notified by email and are entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative at this stage, should you wish, or proceed with a refund upon your instruction.

RETURNS ADDRESS

Please return your item(s) to the applicable address below. You are welcome to return items to our stores, who will in turn transfer them internally to our warehouse for processing. Refunds for website orders are not able to be processed by the store. Exchanges for items of equal or higher value however is possible.

RETURN OF GOODS POLICY

We aim process your return within 1 working day of it arriving on our premises.

All returns for a refund must be organised within 14 days of placing your order.

All returns for an exchange must be organised within 28 days of placing your order.

Items to be returned must be in an 'as new' condition (unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging and tags.)
If you have purchased a product as a gift, please do not discard the product tags until you are sure the item does not need to be returned.

If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference.

You will be required to organise, and pay for the return of goods to themenswearsite.com.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

You are not liable for any postage costs if you were supplied the wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour or if the item is faulty. Full postage fees are applicable to all other returns. You remain responsible for arranging and paying for the return of goods to themenswearsite.com. If you are not liable for postage costs then we will refund the amount paid to return the item(s) to us to the original card used to place your order and you will not be charged postage fees for an exchange.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. Verify that your return meets the criteria in the Return of Goods Policy above.
  2. If you require an exchange for a different size or different product, please check online that the size you require is available.
    If the size you need is not available, you may wish to select an alternative from our range.
    If there is a difference in price, we will not need to contact you for payment providing your written authorisation is given.
  3. Return the item(s) to the relevant address above. This address is also on your invoice.

    Please return your invoice (or a copy of it) with brief written instructions for refund or exhange. If you do not have your invoice, please include the following details:

    • Your full name, address and postode
    • Your order reference (if known)
    • Contact telephone number
  4. Once the returned goods have been recieved, checked and verified, your account will be credited, or exchange completed as necessary. 

For your safety it is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post

FAULTY GOODS

If goods are returned due to being faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing (equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by themenswearsite.com, unless proof of postage cost is supplied) and any other costs that have incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied (providing proof is supplied).

REFUNDS

All refunds will be made only to the original card used for the purchase.We aim process your return within 1 working day of it arriving on our premises but please allow up to 10 days for the refund to credit your account.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from when you receive the goods.
