Luke 1977
Luke 1977 is a British designer menswear brand created by Luke Roper in 1977 in Walsall. Roper was exposed to the fashion industry from an early age as his mother designed and created wedding dresses, with Roper being highly proficient on sewing machines by his early teens. He went on to study fashion at college to hone his design skills.
The designer menswear they produce sites itself as firmly British in its heritage producing classic designs with a contemporary and urban twist to give it an edgy feel and look. Their clothing collection is vast and includes a knitwear collection of jumpers and cardigans, a selection of jackets, t-shirts and polo shirts with many of the products featuring the distinctive gold Luke 1977 logo.
