Price Match

Here at The Menswear Site we pride ourselves in offering the very best in service, this includes the very best in price. We continually check our prices with this in mind, but in the unlikely event that you spot an identical product at a cheaper price elsewhere we will give you back 110% of the difference. This way all our customers can shop with us with total confidence.

If you find a better price we will refund to you 110% of the difference, provided;

• The item is an identical product and offer (including postage and VAT) and is accurately priced
• The item is in stock and available for immediate delivery
• The item is not on an auction web site
• The item is new, unused and not damaged or shop soiled
• The item is not of 'grey market' or 'parallel' origin
• We are able to verify the details electronically or otherwise
• The company are UK based
• You submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order

We reserve the right to decline a price match request if it is not financially viable, for example if an item is being sold at a price below cost. If you are unsure, please contact us first. This does not affect your right to request a refund or exchange, please check our returns policy for details.

To submit a price match request, please click here and:

1. Enter your name and email address

2. Select 'Price Match Requests' from the drop down menu

3. Enter your Order Reference (if applicable), the Brand and Product Reference

4. Enter 'Price Match Request' in the subject field

5. Enter any appropriate details in the message field. Be sure to include

• the name and location of the lower priced offer
• the price including VAT and delivery
• a direct link if possible

Attachments (ie screenshots) may be included to support your request and help speed up the authentication process.

110% of Difference: £49.50

Therefore, you would recieve a refund of £49.50
